Girl, 14, arrested on suspicion of murder after man stabbed to death in Crawley

A teenage girl has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found stabbed to death in Crawley.

Police were called to the Three Bridges area at around 9pm on Tuesday (October 27), where the victim, a 24-year-old man, was discovered in the street.

Emergency services had been called to Russell Way where the victim was treated by paramedics and an air ambulance doctor before being pronounced dead.

The 14-year-old girl, from Crawley, was arrested in South London on Wednesday evening (October 28).

A 21-year-old man from London was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Pictures from the scene show forensic officers carrying out investigation work, including searching bushes nearby.
